The Organization Owner can invite, in order to add a Health Professional to an Organization, by selecting Health Professionals from the left side main menu.
Then select the top right field Add Health Professional, fill in the Health Professional’s email address, the preferred language and finally Submit.
The Health Professional will receive the invitation in the email which will be sent automatically by the platform, and they will fill in the requested information.
Once they have completed their information, they will appear on the organization’s page as Activated. Once activated, the Organization, whenever they choose, can Deactivate the partner, Assign Beneficiaries or Delete, through the options displayed in the column on the right, titled as Actions.
In the case of non-activation within 14 days, the organization has the choices of Resend Invitation or Delete.
ATTENTION In the case of Deletion, the information will not be retrievable.
