How can I help a Beneficiary who has forgotten their unique password?

When a Beneficiary has forgotten the unique password that only they know, you can guide them depending on how they registered.

There are two ways to register, either by sending an email or by creating a one-time username and password.

If the account was created by sending an email to their email address, you inform them that they can request a new password though the platform.

Step one, they log into the platform from the link https://eligence.eu/portal/

They then select the LOGIN field on the top right.

They then click on the Forgot Password field.

They fill in the email with which they had registered and then click Submit.

They will automatically receive an email and select the Create New Password field, where the tab to create a new password will appear.

In the first field, they enter the new code they have chosen and in the second field, they will rewrite the same code as a confirmation. Finally, they select Reset and they are ready.

Then, by filling in their email address, the new password and clicking Login, they are finally logged into the platform.

If the account was created with a username, a new password can be provided by the Agency, the Administrator, or the Health Professional.

Select the Beneficiaries field from the menu on the left.

Then select the Beneficiary’s name and in the new menu that appears on the Beneficiary’s tab, select the Information field.

At the bottom of the new tab, there is the Create A New One-Time-Password field.

By selecting this field, the tab for creating the new password, which is a single-use password, appears.

As a One-Time Password and in order to ensure the security of personal data, the password must be changed by the beneficiary themselves, the first time they log into the platform, following the same procedure as during the first registration.
