The Organization Owner can invite, in order to add a Health Professional to an Organization, by selecting Health Professionals from the main menu on the left field.
Then they select the top right field Add Health Professional, fill in the Health Professional’s email address, the language of choice and finally Submit.
The Health Professional will receive the invitation in the email which will be sent automatically by the platform, and they will fill in the requested information.
Once they have completed their confirmation and subscription on the platform as a partner of the Organization, they will appear on the organization’s page as Activated. Once activated, the Organization, whenever they choose, can Disable the partner, Assign to Beneficiary or Delete the partner through the options displayed in the column on the right, titled Actions.
In the case of non-activation in 14 days, the organization has the choices of Resend Invitation or Delete.
