The assignment of one or more Health Professionals to a Beneficiary or a Beneficiary to a Health Professional can be done by selecting Health Professionals or Beneficiaries in the left menu.
In the row of the corresponding Health Professional, by clicking on the arrow in the Actions column, select the Assign Beneficiaries field.
Then, in the new tab that appears by clicking on the grey field, the total list is displayed in order to select the desired name.
By clicking on the Submit field, the process is completed. Now, when the Health Professional logs into the platform, they can see all Beneficiaries and only those assigned to the specific Organization.
Accordingly, in the line of the corresponding Beneficiary, by clicking on the arrow in the Actions column, select the Assign Health Professionals field.
Then, in the new tab that appears by clicking on the grey field, the total list is displayed in order to select the desired name.
By clicking on the Submit field, the process is completed. Now, when the Beneficiary logs into the platform, they can see all Health Professionals and only those assigned to the specific Organization.
