Can I monitor a beneficiary’s activity?

Each Organization works with specialized Health Professionals who are assigned to specific Beneficiaries.

The Health Professional has access to the data and activity of the assigned Beneficiaries.

When you are on the home page on the platform, you select the Beneficiaries field from the menu on the left and the 2 types of users are displayed, i.e. Members and Guests

You then select the name of the Beneficiary whose activity you want to study, and you will see the detailed tab.

In the new menu you have the options:

  • Overview
  • Activity
  • Sessions
  • Questionnaires
  • Assigned Health Professionals
  • Information
  • Games

Selecting Overview displays graphs that capture statistics of the beneficiary’s activity.

By selecting Overview, you see graphs that capture statistics of the Beneficiary’s activity.

More specifically you will see:

  • Total number of executions per Cognitive Ability and difficulty level.
  • Number of executions per Game and difficulty level.
  • Average performance per Game and difficulty level.
  • Number of performances per day and difficulty level.
  • Evolution of average performance and difficulty level, per Cognitive ability.
  • Activity time per Day and difficulty level.

From the Activity Calendar, you specify the time period you are interested in, and this applies to all graphs.

The choices are:

  • Today
  • Last 7 days
  • Last 30 days
  • Custom, where you can select any specific time frame you want.

In addition, in the Activity Calendar, you can also specify the type of activities you want to analyze, by selecting from the fields respectively.

  • Individual
  • Group meetings

In the next option Activity, you can see in real time all the games that they’ve played, the difficulty level, the score, the time of execution as well as if it was a game from a session or a free choice of the Beneficiary.

In this case too, you can choose the time period you are interested in and the type of activities you want to analyze.

In the next option Sessions, you can see the sessions assigned to the Beneficiary in general, by any Health Professional, whether still active, inactive, or undone.

By selecting the session’s name, you can automatically see the session in detail. By clicking here, you can find out more about creating sessions.

In the next option Questionnaires, you can see the Questionnaire assigned to the Beneficiary in general. Instructions for creating questionnaires can be found by clicking here.

By selecting Assigned Health Professionals, you can see the center’s partners who have also been assigned to this Beneficiary.

By selecting Information, you can see the Beneficiary’s details, which you cannot make available to third parties. The personal details have been filled in by the Beneficiary themselves for use in relation to the Eligence platform and the organization with which you are working.

In addition, you can very easily create a report with statistics summarizing the activity and performance of a Beneficiary by clicking here

By selecting Games, you can see the list of the games with which the Beneficiary can exercise. The Organization Administrator and Health Professional can discontinue the use of any of the games by a particular Beneficiary if they deem it necessary to better implement the cognitive exercise.

If this interruption is needed, it will be necessary at this stage to select the game, move the switch in the tab that will appear and confirm this action if informed of special cases such as that the game is included in an active session. Then it can accordingly be activated once again.
