Can I change my personal details?

A Beneficiary is invited by an Organization to log into the Eligence platform. When they register, they are asked for various details which can then be processed once the registration is completed. Only the Beneficiary themselves can change the details of a profile.

To change the details in your profile, you log into the platform, select the square at the top right with the initials of your name and then the field My Profile.

In the tab that appears, select the Information field and then further down on the right the Edit field.

At this stage, you can edit in the new tab that appears any of the information you wish.

Finally, complete by selecting Submit.
