It is quite easy to forget your password and even easier to create a new one in order to complete your login to the platform.
You can log into the platform from the link: https://eligence.eu/portal/
You select the LOGIN field at the top right.
Click on the Forgot Password? field.
Enter the email you used to register when you were sent an invitation by the organization. Then click Submit.
You will automatically receive an email and select the Create New Password field and the tab to create a new password will appear.
In the first field, enter the new password you have chosen and in the second field, enter the same password again as a confirmation. Finally, select Reset and you are done.
Now you can fill in your email address, the new password and by clicking Login you are logged into the platform.
