In order to connect to the Eligence platform and get the best possible experience, you will need:
To ensure you have the best experience with Eligence, your device needs to meet certain specifications. Below, we’ve outlined the requirements for devices, operating systems, internet connections, and more.
Device Compatibility
Eligence is designed to perform seamlessly on desktops and tablets though you can access it with your smartphone too. Our platform utilizes advanced technologies, such as WebGL2, to deliver engaging and effective cognitive exercises. Therefore, your device must support WebGL2 for the app to function properly.

Operating System Requirements
- Windows: Windows 10 or later
- MacOS: macOS 12 (Monterey) or later
- iOS Devices: iOS 16 and later
- Android Devices: Android 12 and later
These versions ensure that your device can run Eligence smoothly and support the necessary technologies. However, if your device is over 5 years old or runs on outdated operating system (OS) versions, its performance may be affected.
Upgrading to a newer device or updating the OS can significantly improve performance and provide a smoother Eligence experience. Older devices might struggle to meet the demands of newer software, potentially limiting compatibility with certain features. Therefore, it’s advisable to ensure your device stays up-to-date to fully leverage Eligence’s benefits and maintain optimal performance.

Activities such as streaming video, downloading large files, or other data-intensive tasks on the same network can impact your experience with Eligence. In households or environments where numerous devices share a single internet connection, you might experience slower performance or delays.
