When there is a new version, no further processing is required since Eligence as a web platform is automatically updated through the browser.
In order to access all the new functions immediately, it would of course help to clear the cache of your device.
What is the cache?
Your cache is a temporary storage space for data, which can be reused by the web browser in the future. For example, if you visit a web page, the cache can store a copy of its information so that if you visit it again it can load it faster.
A quick way to achieve cache flushing is by having the browser you are using open:
From Windows
- Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete simultaneoysly
- Ctrl+Shift+Clear Browser Cache and select the Clear Browser Cache command
- From Mac
- press the Option-Command-E keys simultaneously
- a new window appears
- select the Clear Browser Cache command.
- Immediately afterwards you should close the browser and log back in as soon as the memory clear has been performed.
This function applies to most browsers.
