If you are a beneficiary and you do not remember the username and password originally given to you to log into the Eligence platform, you can contact the Organization or the Health Professional who has offered you the opportunity to use the platform.
They will inform you of the username and you will be given a new one-time password.
The next step is to log into the platform with the new details and complete the New Password field, creating a new personal password and completing it a second time in the New Password Verification field.
Click on the field to accept the terms and conditions and finally click on the Complete field.
Your personal information is very important and that is why your password is personal and only you know it.
