The Health Professional can manage the games available on the platform for each Beneficiary individually. That means they can activate or deactivate games according to the needs and preferences of each Beneficiary, by following the steps below:
From the main menu on the left, they select Beneficiaries and then Members.
They select the specific member from the list of beneficiaries that appears and are taken to their profile. They then select the Games field.
From the list of games that appears, they can enable or disable the specific game for that member only.
They select the game they want to deactivate and in the Status column, they click on the corresponding switch.
When the switch is green, it means that the game is active and visible to the Beneficiary.
When the switch is red, it means that the game is inactive.
Clicking on the switch displays a message confirming the action.
If the game is active and a request is made to deactivate it, an update message is displayed and then a Confirmation is requested to complete the process.
ATTENTION. If the game is included in a session, the session is automatically deactivated, and the game is removed from the session’s exercise sequence.
