A group meeting of mental exercise can provide multiple benefits, including social connection, fostering a sense of connection between group members, and enhancing psychological well-being and a sense of belonging. Sharing ideas and collaborating with others can enhance the mental exercise and active participation of the Beneficiaries.

Group dynamics can provide mutual support and understanding, and Beneficiaries can draw inspiration from the experiences and advice of others.

With the guidance of a Health Professional, group meetings promote discussion in a supportive environment.

Participation in group meetings with Beneficiaries with similar cognitive needs can provide a valuable opportunity for growth.

The creation of a group is carried out by the Health Professional who already knows the Beneficiaries and can group them accordingly.
