The Organization Administrator can activate or deactivate games of their choice, through the Games Management function.
In case a game is deactivated, the access of all users of the Organization to the platform is adjusted accordingly.
Games that have been deactivated will not appear on the platform for either Health Professionals or Beneficiaries.
To deactivate specific games, the Administrator selects from the main menu on the left, in the System section, the Games Management field.
A list of all games on the platform that are available to the Organization is automatically displayed.
They then select the game they want to deactivate and in the Status column, they click on the corresponding button.
When the switch is green, it means that the game is active and visible to all users on the platform.
When the switch is red, it means that the game is inactive for all users on the platform.
Clicking on the switch displays a message confirming the action.
If the game is active and a request is made to deactivate it, an update message is displayed and then a Confirmation is requested to complete the process.
ATTENTION If the game is included in a session, then that session will automatically get deactivated, and the game will be removed from the session’s exercise sequence. The preceding activity of course continues to be listed in the Beneficiary’s profile.

The Organization Administrator can carry out this procedure also for each Member (Beneficiary) individually.
From the main menu on the left, they select Beneficiaries and then Members.
From the list of Beneficiaries that appears, they select the specific Member and go to their profile. They then select the field Games.
From the list of games that appears, they can enable or disable the specific game for that member only.
In addition to the Administrator, it is also possible for the Health Professional to manage the games that each Beneficiary has access to individually, and the process is described in detail here.
