The Organization Owner, as well as the Administrator, once logged into the platform, i.e., on the homepage, have the ability to view statistical data with key information related to the platform’s usage by the Beneficiaries of their Organization. On a single screen, with quick and easy access, the data is presented in the form of graphs, allowing for easier understanding, evaluation of usage, performance monitoring, and ultimately the optimal utilization of the platform.
More specifically, they have immediate access to aggregated data such as:
- The number of active Professionals and Beneficiaries of the Organization, both in general usage and specifically the number of those active in the last 30 days.
- The total duration of activity, with detailed information allowing the selection of specific games, through individual or group sessions, as well as the total usage duration per week.
- The total number of executions (completed games) and detailed numbers with the option to choose specific games, through individual or group sessions, along with the total execution time per month.
- The total number of executions per game and per level.
- The total number of executions per cognitive skill being practiced.
The statistical data is displayed by selecting the “Home” field in the main menu on the left.
