The Challenge, a new feature on the Eligence platform, enables Health Professionals to easily create an exercise competition for groups of Beneficiaries. Through a Challenge, users are invited to test their knowledge both individually and as a team.
Participants are encouraged to practice, acquire new knowledge and skills, and achieve goals while fostering collaboration, communication, and a friendly competitive spirit. This approach ultimately enhances team cohesion with positive energy and a cheerful atmosphere.
The Challenge feature, available though the Eligence platform, records performance data, which can be utilized for progress monitoring and planning future activities.
A Challenge is created by a Health Professional. Detailed instructions can be found here.
An Organization Owner or Administrator can monitor the results of a competition by selecting the Events field from the left-hand menu. Within Events, group meetings are displayed through two options:
- Meetings: This refers to group sessions led by a Health Professional where all Beneficiaries participate collectively without individual connections.
- Challenges: Administrators can view a list of all challenges created by the Organization’s Health Professionals

Clicking on a Challenge’s name opens the results table, with the option to monitor the challenge on a large screen.
Clicking Events (last right column) offers the following options:
- with the selection of View Profile, the results are displayed.
- with the selection of View Members, a list of participants in the challenge is shown.
- with the selection of Edit, you are allowed to modify basic details of the challenge, such as the start time.
- with the selection of Delete, you can delete the challenge. If the challenge is already completed, its activity data remains in each beneficiary’s activity records.
